• Job Details:Create the company’s supply chain strategy. · Collaborate with management to help setting annual business plan. · Forecasting and analyzing all kinds of demand. · Setting annual supply chain budgets and sales targets. · Creating feasibility studies and analyzing market surveys related to new stores opening. · Analyzes current stores inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company. · Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly. · Maintain supply chain inventory and records. · Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth. · Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes. · Participates as an advisory member of the product development team, providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials. · Acts as part of the team coordinating engineering changes, product line extension, or new product launches to ensure timely and orderly material and production flow transitions. · Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals. · Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments. · Hire, train, guide, and evaluate employees. · Performs other related duties as required. · Evaluate and report on KPIs.
