Remuneration:
-Advise on remuneration strategy for national employees and contractors through market data analysis.
-Maintain and update locals’ reward and compensation scheme to ensure market competitiveness.
-Recommend the merit increase budget based on the difference between the preferred market position and the actual market pay position.

Policies:
-Write Egypt’s specific policies which are in line with Group’s standards such as Business travel and Expenses policy, Gift Policy, Connected person policy, Harassment policy, substance misuse policy, and employment manual for national staff and national contractors.

Grade and salary evaluation:
-Responsible for reviewing roles’ accountabilities and advice on correct grade level based on a defined career ladder.
-Advise on joining salary for all national employees and contractors.

Employee Relations:
-Manage employment and temporary contracts.
-Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee resignation.
-First point of contact for union grievance issues and conduct Disciplinary/Grievance process.
-Resolve conflict and support performance management process
-Maintain employees’ records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.

HRIS – HR shared services:
-Country SAP Superuser
-Responsible for ensuring 100% Data integrity on SAP and Hits Nas (payroll system)
-Conduct HRIS Module training (MSS/ESS/OM/PA) to line managers and employees on how to perform Annual Performance cycle, Reward Workflow Management, and Personnel Mainstream Activities. tTrain Line Manager
-Responsible for Adhoc and Matrix system reports for each HR cycle consistency review.
-Participated in Oracle Fusion design phase.


Stakeholders management:
-External: Build and maintain relationships with local entities such as labour office, social insurance, EGPC auditors, and Tax department. With full awareness of BG Group’s standards in managing external relationships.
-Internal: Finance, Legal, Global mobility team, Group reward team, and management team.
