• Job Details:Operation and maintenance scope: • Establishing and managing the operation and maintenance department of the museum project that consisting of an engineer and 50 technicians and operators. • Managing the operation and Maintenance of (7) Power substation 11KV that feed museum building without any power failure affect to the site construction and testing activities. • Managing the temporary operation and maintenance inside the finished (Construction and Testing) building like (Ticketing Building – Pyramids Building – multifunction building - Energy Center Building – Conference Building – Gates – IT and security Rooms) Building. • Create an emergency Rain plan and form an emergency team to deal with rain or bad weather for places under construction, in order to secure personnel and equipment from rain and electricity with the HSE Emergency team. • Implementing (Lockout/Tag out) system of energy sources within the project HSE Department for all MEP equipment. • Managing the temporary O&M for the permanent AC units and temporary AC units for all project (around 50 room) IT and Security rooms. • Implement 5s standard. • Coordinate and facilities the testing of SCADA System inside the project 7- power stations. • Manage the Subcontractor on the temporary operation and maintenance of the irrigation system and irrigation tanks and water features pump rooms at all project areas. • Make incident report for any failure, the root cause and the corrective action. • Managing the preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the building and area’s under O&M department responsibility: 1- Fire Fighting Networks. 2- HVAC system. 3- Water lifting motors & Plumbing System. 4- Electrical Systems (LVP - Transformer & RMU – ATS – Diesel Generator – UPS)

Facilities ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for technical and facilities’ operations, ensuring all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met.  Responsible for service delivery in accordance with client KPIs and SLAs.  Monitor performance according to agreed standard SLAs and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist.  Monitor, measure and report on operational issues, development plans.  Responsible for Engineering Services Compliance.  Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operations.  Implement building procedures and performance measures and ensure they are maintained at all times  Review existing operations regularly to reduce costs and improve operational standards.  24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required.
