• Job Details: Conducting External Quality Audits on Sub-contractors and Vendors  Establish Quality plans and procedures in line with the contractual requirements  Conducting Procurement Surveillance Assessments to gauge the procurement process efficiency, adequacy, and compliance with the Contractual Quality requirements.  Perform Engineering Surveillance assessments on the Contractors’ engineering & design processes.  Prepare Weekly & Monthly Quality reports  Review and approval of all Subcontractors’ QA/QC related procedures and documents (P.Q.P., P.E.P., ITP, Criticality rating document and work procedures).  Full Management of the project’s NCRs and Corrective actions. This includes the identification of root causes, corrections and corrective actions.  Identifying and recording the project’s Lessons Learned  Managing the Quality Rewards program  Ensure that construction activities are performed in accordance with approved specifications, plans and procedures. Contractors construction QA/QC activities include but are not limited to material receiving/storage/preservation and product construction/inspection/test.  Perform Construction assessments, verifications and general monitoring of construction activities and support project safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives.  Plan, lead, coordinate and perform independent quality audits of site construction activities and/or in collaboration with EPC contractor.  Maintaining and following up with the closure of punch points prior to system handover to the client [MIDOR]  Liaise with Completions Management teams to assist/coordinate quality system handovers through Mechanical Completion

• Job Details:Location: Ras Laffan. State of Qatar Description: Qatargas is one of the world’s premier integrated LNG enterprises. Qatargas oversees and manages all the operations associated with 14 LNG trains, two sales gas production facilities, two Helium production facilities, and major shipping contracts and global commercial partnerships. My role within QG organization was managing the QA/QC activities as Senior QA/QC Lead for CAT-III major projects. Duties:  Conducting External Quality Audits on Qatargas main Contractors and Sub-contractors; as Lead Auditor  Establish the minimum quality requirements for Bidders and participate during the associated technical bid evaluations of Contractors for new EPCm, EPC & PCI Contracts  Conducting Procurement Surveillance Assessments to gauge the procurement process efficiency, adequacy, and compliance with Qatargas Contractual Quality requirements.  Perform Engineering Surveillance assessments on the Contractors’ engineering & design processes.  Coordinates the Source Inspections and expediting activities for Critical/Long lead materials procured by Qatargas or Contractors.  Coordination related to Quality Control activities for projects execution leading a team of inspectors in all disciplines (Civil, Piping, Welding, Electrical and Instrumentation)  Review and approval of all QA/QC related procedures and documents (P.Q.P., P.E.P., ITP, Criticality rating document and work procedures).  Establishing procedures and Project Quality Plans in line with the overall Quality Management System  Coordination activities relevant to the Punch list issuance for all disciplines and follow up the status for PL close-out.  Participate in all MAC, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities related to PED projects.  Prepare weekly & Monthly reports highlighting weekly and Monthly accomplishments and issues that affect product / quality.  Perform Construction assessments, verifications and general monitoring of construction activities and support project safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives.  Review and assess contractor / subcontractor QA/QC Plans and procedures including test/inspection results. Assist in site-related failure/root cause evaluations and interface to resolve.  Review and approve site EPC contractor’s QA/QC Plans and procedures.  Plan, lead, coordinate and perform independent quality audits of site construction activities and/or in collaboration with EPC contractor.  Plan, organize, and supervise all site surveillance QA/QC activities, including EPC contractor QA/QC coordination, third-party QA/QC surveillance, and site QA audits.
