General Accountant

• Job Details:Recording bank movements, including cash deposits, check procedures, and check cashing. Follow up on check movement and cashing checks for suppliers. Recording the movement of bank expenses and interest movements. Preparing account statements to and from banks and following up on account statements at banks and their applications. Follow up the movement of checks, receivables and payment papers under collection. Review contractors account and follow up on contractors’ balances. Follow up on bank monitoring through the tracking system registered on the ERP daily. Review the supplier's account. Review the invoice. Review daily entries and cost centers for each entry to carry out the posting process. Recording treasury restrictions and assigning them a cost center. Writing checks and delivering them. Delivering the custody and following up on the equipment and its settlements. Following up on purchases. Following up on the purchase addition authorization and disbursement authorization. Following up on the executed purchase orders and the required collection quantity.

Sales Person

• Job Details:Make an easy presentation to explain all the company's programs and services to facilitate the explanation and persuasion process. Sell the program to customers and help them provide a program and services that meet their needs and desires. Make agreements and sales contracts with customers and agree on the program delivery date. Follow up on all programs and services provided by the company. Prepare a special schedule to organize meeting times to explain the programs and meet the customer's needs easily. Learn about all the company's new programs. Always follow up with customers.
