- Job Details:AlZahra Hospital Dubai - From April 2018 till Sep 2020 Human Capital Senior Executive | 1000+ Headcount | MENA HR • Assist top management in every way to drive the change and support the growth the organization is willing to achieve • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Human Resources strategy in alignment with AZHD's vision. • Ensure that HR practices and policies are in line with Alzahra Philosophy & Values • Ensuring proper onboarding for new staff, joining formalities, IDs, Emails, Fingerprint, facility tour, spreading our values from day one to ensure the new staff engagement • Enhancing the Orientation and the induction program for new joiners as per (JCI) Joint Commission International requirements • Managing events, career development workshops/ seminars, training sessions. • Ensuring employee engagement through leadership rounds “Grand Staff Meeting” Monthly meeting for all staff sharing our monthly updates, employee nominations based on figures and facts. “Business Breakfast Meeting” sharing HR and CEO updates, discussing all concerned Business matters. “Happiness Festival”, it is a yearly event that take place in AZHD hospital promoting diversity to engage our employees • Encouraging CME (Continuous Medical Education) and responsible for meeting the minimum points to be obtained for Medical, Nursing and Allied Health staff for better patient experience • All mandatory annual trainings to meet the JCI requirements (Infection control- FMS- Quality- Workplace violence and Manual handling) • Responsible for professional development for staff and monthly training calendar • Contribute to the development of the annual budget of the professional development activities and performance yearly increments. • leave Management- Audit / attendance records and leave planner to guarantee proper utilization of leaves • Overtime Management analysis • Monthly/ Quarterly reports for leaves utilization, new joiners, resigned with monthly turnover rate. • Updating/ maintain the Mena HR system and self-service to ensure the staff satisfaction • One of the IIP active team members (Invest in People Accreditation) UK • Takes over the leadership in people management area and acts as a facilitator for the management team. • Identifies trainings & developing programs to enhance productivity, building internal capabilities & quality • Ensure performance management tool is fully utilized to support development of staff performance and best experience • Building the HRIS system to host new features to serve better our staff (I have built the MENA HR Performance Appraisal system which lunched for the 2019 year, same as probation appraisal for the first time in Alzahra Hospital instead of the manual paperwork process • Analyzing Performance Appraisal results, addressing staff that needs improvement by setting action plans, to take them to the next level. • Drive the Employee survey and satisfaction. • Marketing for Alzahra Hospital Dubai via serving the community and selecting candidates to do an internship/ observe ship at AZHD within various business units based on business needs and requirement. • Currently running the induction program online due to COVID 19 (Microsoft teams) Also done with a new project having all the presentation live as videos on our intranet. • Handling the 360 feedback as a new project in the Alzahra
