• Job Details: Daily cycle count of high value item and periodic audit of stocks was pit in place.  Supervisors were. Made accountable for pilferage, strict action was reprimanded. Bar coding of all stocks was mandatory with security stickers.  Ensuring effective inventory management by monitoring stock receiving and dispatches.  Ensuring optimum level of inventory by procurement of required stocks and returning slow moving and non-moving stocks to vendors.  Ensuring proper stacking of stocks, category wise for effective picking and packing.  Doing all accounts entry in ERP/Orion & Oracle, SIM.  Preparation of Goods Receipts Note (GRN) and calculation of overheads and landed cost.  Controlling the PI counting  Auditing the PI counting Zone  Focusing on store hygiene and FIFO management  Controlling defective and damage product and responsible for clear it on time  Providing accurate financial information to colleagues and senior managers  Prepare variance analysis report on monthly basis to justify the variances if any arise during comparing
