• Job Details:Project Manager for Hilton Al-Jubail Hotel (480 rooms), KSA. *Responsibilities include reviewing the drawings and documents of the project; coordination between main consultant and ID consultant; analyzing, evaluating and completing contracting procedures of the contractors offers, achieving the project plan; identifying the needs of the project to achieve the scheduled target; reviewing the drawings and coordination between the various activities; coordination between the project staff; follow-up costs of the project; follow-up work carried out to make sure it is carried out and implemented in accordance with the specifications and drawings; preparation of subcontractors invoices; coordinating meetings with the Consultants and hotel management company; and preparation of the daily and weekly and monthly reports for the following project: - Hilton Al-Jubail Hotel (480 rooms), KSA. Scope of works covered * Design stage (concept, schematic, development and construction documents) * Bidding stage *Construction stage. (Civil, Architecture, Interior design, Electromechanical, Kitchen equipment, laundry equipment and Furniture works) *The project elements (The main building consists of 14 floors, Chalets consists of 12 buildings, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Staff housing, Infrastructure and Site works ) *total built up area 95,000.00 m2
