• Job Details: Act as Financial Controller assistant in any required reports and urgent tasks. Activity based costing project Champion: • Collect data from all departments. • Determine reasonable allocation key of every activity. • Allocate costs to each activity using its allocation key. • Calculate operating income (OI) per customer. • Discuss the result with sales team and make action plan for each significant customer to improve its OI. Cost control and Margin support: • Determine actual Product cost and report variances between actual and standard cost. • Analysis product cost increasing to determine its reasons to manage it if possible. • Follow up Spare parts inventory and count it monthly to determine required adjustments. • Produce high quality accurate Sales & Margin information, discuss with all teams regularly to understand a situation and commit Employees Company wide to margin improvement. • Daily review and report Sales & production volume comparing with history MTD. • Weekly and Monthly report consolidated sales. • Daily review and report CM & ASP comparing with history MTD. • Analysis AP usage variance and set a standard variance to tight CM variance between finance and sales. Revenue Budgeting: • Provide sales managers with all information needed to create sales budget. • Collect and review data from sales managers. • Create a consolidated budget version for management approval • Weekly and Monthly report consolidated sales volume,CM and ASP compared with budget. • Update the budget model each quarter to account for significant changes in the business environment

Cost accountant & Financial AnalystFull Time

• Job Details: Cost control & Margin support: • Determine actual Product cost and report variances between actual and standard cost. • Ensure Opex for each department are tightly controlled and discussed with relevant Management. • Follow up Spare parts inventory and count it monthly to determine required adjustments. • Produce high quality accurate Sales & Margin information, discuss with all teams regularly to understand a situation and commit Employees Company wide to margin improvement. • Daily review and report actual CM&GM; comparing with standard as monitor and analyses sales invoices. Budgeting and Planning: • Provide department managers with all information needed for creating their own budget. • Act as an advisor to department managers in formulating their budget submissions • Review proposed budget submissions from department managers for accuracy and completeness. • Examine whether budget submissions can be achieved and also there is no Budgetary Slack • Propose enhancements to the budget model. • Create a consolidated budget version for management approval. • Compare actual to budgeted results monthly, and report on significant variances
