    • Job Details: Main Duties and Responsibilities:  Ensures effective human resources management focusing on achievement of the following results:  Management of transparent and competitive recruitment and selection processes including updated job descriptions, proper job classification, vacancy announcement, screening of candidates, organizing and chairing of interviews to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.  Developing and maintaining the database of job applications.  Schedule and organize interviews.  Conduct initial HR interviews.  Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.  Provide staff orientations to newly hired employees.  Inform unsuccessful applicants.  Conduct exit interviews.  Prepare and document related recruiting records and reports.  Coordinate and ensures proper implementation of the annual performance management and career development system focusing on achievement of the following results:  Elaborating the general performance appraisal procedures and process.  Facilitating, and explaining of performance evaluation indicators along with ensuring that the process is going smoothly.  Assist the HR manager in the annual training plan preparations.  Write, revise, and update, under the supervision of the HR Manager, company's HR manuals, policies and procedures and any other related documents as needed together with ensuring the effective communication of these policies and procedures.  Organize and coordinate staff training sessions, workshops and activities, if there.  Obtain regular feedback from training program participants, mentors and coaches.  Prepare the job offers and employment contracts for the accepted candidates according to the company’s salary structure.  Update and maintain the company's organization chart and the job descriptions accordingly.  Coordinate the operations related to the medical service programs and handle the work activities and employees enquiries related to medical service provider.  Assist the HR Manager in various projects and internal events for employees (i.e.: monthly birthdays event, internal announcements and newsletters, etc.).  Perform other duties as assigned.
