Issue Change notices. Lead Planning & Cost Control Team. Insure reports and activities been implemented on due time. Attend Bi-Weekly (Internal) meeting to insure resolution of current delays. Discuss & Solve non-conforming procedures with related departments managers. Issue Project Status (overview report). Issue Bi-Weekly Report and delay analysis for all departments. Issue Cash In, Cash Out and Cash Flow reports

Senior Planning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Create Baseline Schedule. Create Follow Up Sheets. Update Schedule (Bi-Weekly). Issue One Week & Two Weeks Look Ahead. Load Resources (Material, Labors, Cash In, etc.). Create Resource Curves, Spreadsheets, and Monthly distributed Resource Reports. Level Resources according to available rates. Issue Cash In & Out charts & reports. Issue Monthly reports. Follow up & Monitor the weekly progress to know percent of completion for the project depending on cost and time progress. Make amendments on the schedule
