• Job Details:• Set project plans and follow up the execution of activities according to plan. • Develop M&E plan and tools and report to the donor • Communicate with the donor and write reports. • Manage the project team in Cairo and Alexandria. • Coordinate and facilitate the technical contribution to the project of other departments within SETI. • Write TORs and hire consultants. • Participate in hiring new staff. • Build partnerships with other NGOs and community entities. • Manage project budget of 250,000 USD in collaboration with the finance department and suggest reallocation of funds whenever needed and communicate it with the donor. • Manage the limited resources of the project and succeeded in raising and additional fund of around 13,000 Euro for the project. • Follow up and oversee project tenders and procurement.

Grants and M&E officerFull Time

• Job Details:• Research funding opportunities that fit within the main programs of SETI. • Write proposals in collaboration with department managers and field staff. • Develop project monitoring and evaluation plans. • Design monitoring tools to closely monitor the progression and implementation of projects. • Write reports for national and international donors (e.g. BMZ, Caritas Germany, Sawiris Foundation for Social Development) • Train SETI staff on using the M&E tools including Sprockler, a qualitative assessment tool used across Caritas Egypt. • Use the lessons learned from ongoing and concluded projects and incorporate them in new project proposals.
