S2P Accountant

• Job Details:Processing invoice booking as assigned as S2P process. Responsible to manage day-to-day accounts payable (S2P) operational activities, meeting performance targets. Monitor, manage and resolve suppliers queries/complaints. Escalate where necessary to process lead manager. Perform accruals while ensuring supporting statements. Responsible for monthly book closing activities as assigned. Responsible for ensuring delivery of assigned source to pay finance functions.

Organizer

• Job Details:Communicate with the client to understand their wants, needs, and special requests for the event. Address any disputes that may arise, and remain onsite after the event is over to ensure proper cleanup. Work with and give guidance to volunteers and staff involved in event planning and execution. Negotiate and contract with vendors such as photographers, florists, caterers, technical and transportation services on a variety of goods.
