• Job Details:Finance • Responsible for financial operations of the organization. • Track accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Manage payroll • Manage cash flow including short term investments. Human Resources • Manages benefits program including health, life, insurance (enrollments, terminations, renewal of policies). • Manages recruitment process for staff positions and “new hire” documentation. • Drafts/updates personnel policies and communicates information to staff. • Dealing with the daily problems and daily requests. Administration • Negotiates office space lease and renewals. • Handles issues related to incorporation, business license, annual filings, etc. • Maintains good working relationships with vendors, banks, etc..
