• Job Details:▪ Manage project Design life-cycle through different design stages to ensure compliance of project designs with time, cost and quality requirements. ▪ Manage Contract; Prepare VOs, PM Budget, invoices, project cash –flow & Revenue Forecasts. ▪ Follow up the design process with clients through project design stages. ▪ Manage Subconsultants RFPs & Contracts. ▪ Manage \ Connect all project parties: (Top management & Organization policies, Client, Sub-Consultants, technical design teams, Project Planner, Permit, tender, Cost Control, Contracts, cost estimate, Finance team, Business management, Site Supervision team & Technical office). ▪ Coordinate and resolve technical problems with engineering staff. ▪ Ensure the required manpower estimate is completed for all design phases. ▪ Coordinate between engineering staff and client technical representatives for Multidisciplinary Design aspects to avoid Design mis-coordination and ensure adherence to the project scope. ▪ Plan project time schedule and make sure it stays current with the updated situation, follow up submission dates and deliverables & Monitor Project progress and Status. ▪ Contact and coordinate with site team and manage replies for contractors’ RFIs & RFPs. ▪ Ensure Project consumed budget are within the planned budget. ▪ Follow up project data, tasks priority, quality process, project proposal and scope.
