• Job Details:- Recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions. - Conducting or acquiring background checks and employee eligibility verifications. - Handling employment-related inquiries. - Attending and participating in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. - Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. - Implementing new hire orientation and employee recognition programs. - Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolving any issues that may arise. - Undertaking tasks around performance management - Performing other duties as assigned.
