Onboarding & Transitions Specialist - GCCFull Time

• Job Details:- Responsible for the Onboarding & Transitions process across the GCC - Ensure consistency in communication and onboarding materials across the region - Manage service delivery metrics and/or third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned processes - Cooperate with HR Shared Services center - Collaborate with GROs for employment law, contract type and investigations - Support TA team for troubleshooting and operational issues. - Remain up to date with system updates and changes and ensure information is communicated to the relevant stakeholders. - Keep alignment between TA team and stakeholders to global hiring and onboarding processes and support on the workforce demand for the region. - Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvements
