• Job Details:Continuously monitor payment transactions to identify potential fraud patterns or anomalies. Utilize fraud detection tools and techniques to assess the risk of fraudulent activities, escalating as needed. Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraud cases, gathering and documenting evidence for further analysis. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and best practices related to payment processing and fraud management. Work collaboratively with internal departments, such as IT, Risk Management, Compliance, and Customer Service, to address fraud risks and ensure a coordinated approach to fraud prevention. Prepare detailed reports on fraud incidents, trends, and resolutions for management and other stakeholders. Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues related to potential fraudulent transactions. Participate in developing and delivering training programs for staff to increase awareness and understanding of fraud risks and prevention measures.
