- Job Details:*Order Management Responsibilities: 1. Order management manages the lifecycle of an order, it tracks all the information and processes, including order entry, inventory management, fulfillment from sales. 2. Recording job financial status and following up till handover with the financial department. 3. Follow up with Engineering and detailing departments and start purchasing all required materials for the job, handling the fabrication till shipping to site. 4. Managing all project activities with site project manager. 5. Fully responsible for requesting, sending payment requests to customers. *Procurement Responsibilities: 1. Planning & Conduct research Studying very well job items and issue a purchasing plan for all items with an approximate cost and compare it with job contract value. Collect vendors’ prices and proceed with the best price which fits the contract ‘s margin. 2. Issuing purchase and supply order After agreeing with the supplier to bring materials from him with specific quantity, price and specifications, the purchasing department issues the purchase order document to the supplier in order to provide the organization's stores with these materials, and follow up with the delivery process. Purchasing Department works in cooperation with the Legal Affairs to ensure the integrity of purchase contracts and invoices. 3. Procurement scheduling The Purchasing Department organizes a schedule for receiving purchases, so as to meet the needs of the organization, and taking into consideration the scheduling of financial payments for the supplied materials with the financial department. 4. Determine the stock level Purchasing department consider stock levels after completion of manufacturing and job installation and rearranges all balance items and items for consideration for upcoming jobs. 5. Eliminate excess stock One of the tasks of the Purchasing Department is also the disposal of items that are no longer needed and cause a burden on the inventory.
