• Job Details:Review the prescribed drug order and patient medication sheet for appropriateness. Validate for the medication prepared before dispensing to the inpatient care units. Provide the advice and information related to the medication to improve prescribing to all healthcare staff and especially doctors, nurses. Monitoring the therapeutic dose to ensure the dose appropriateness and inform the clinical pharmacist in charge for any finding. Ensure implementation of CMC medication management policies. Ensure prescribing medications matches CMC guidelines. Communicate with all staff to assure patient pharmaceutical care. Responsible for identifying educational needs of assistant pharmacists, develop programs to meet these needs and help towards their professional development.
