• Job Details:•Overseeing electrical and mechanical system design, installation, and supply. •Fulfilling all the requirements as per design. •Ensuring the technical requirements and fulfilling them in the design. •Negotiating with designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers. •Ensuring each project stage is submitted right and done on time. •Sharing progress reports for the site with the PM. •Preventing any issues or delays. •Tracking down any missing submissions •Calculating all the required tie-ins needed for the project. •Day-to-day, arranging meetings, and schedules. •Tracking down open issues. •Supporting as a technical team for MEP. •Supporting as a senior on-site for MEP. •Working on POCs for MEP in the project. •Communicating with service providers for the project. •Communicating with different vendors for the project (elevators, lighting, power supply, ...etc.) •Communicating with different EDC for the project. •Creating and arranging logs for the submitted design DWGs. •Tracking down all the open comments throughout the whole project in MEP. •Arranging meetings with all related parties.
