- Job Details:Under the supervision of Prof. Mohamrd Refky Amin and Prof. Faisal El-seddek, we are working on Implementing, from transistor level, IOT transceiver based on Bluetooth low energy standard (BLE). Our target is to make post layout simulations, send it for fabrication, and make a paper for our work. Now, we are working on receiver designing; we hope to complete the overall receiver and start to work on the transmitter. My role is designing the receiver RF front end which includes LNA and Mixer, taking into account the challenges like noise figure, IIP3, IIP2, and gain.
