- Job Details:Job description: 1- Re- Organizational Development: • Creating specific regulations for the organization include : employment procedures, contract conditions, professional behavior, employees’ general and specific rights and duties , working hours, annual or monthly salary and, and resignations procedures. • Analyzing the mission and the vision of the organization and its strategic plan. Making amendments in the administrative structure of the organization if necessary ( if there is an overlap in authorities between administrative work or jobs – if there are employees with no jobs and vice versa ) . The ability of creating an administrative structure if there isn’t any and specifies the tasks for each job. • Provide support to achieve corporate change programs, including the development of corporate workforce strategies, so that clear links are developed between service and employee resourcing plans to achieve priorities. • Maintaining the work structure by updating the job requirement and job description for all positions. • setting up & update: - Job requirement: (qualification – experience needed – knowledge and skills – creative abilities). -Job description: (duties and responsibilities – decision-making making ability – work condition and risks – writing reports). 2- Recruitment and Selection: • Collecting the recruitment requirements of the departments including the different categories and qualifications. • Establishing a recruitment strategic plan (external – internal ) – promotions – work circulation. • Announcing for vacant position internally &/or externally Collecting, Scanning, and filtering CV's. • Testing interviewing and setting appointments for candidates with Managers for interviews. • Organize Orientation process and distribution for the new employees on all departments. 3- Insurances: • Ensure the number and qualifications required for social insurance in accordance with the senior management plan. • Follow up who are the new employees to be entitled for any type of insurance. (Social Insurance & Medical Insurance.). • Ensure that all necessary conditions are met for holding the insurance. • Establish good relations with employees of social insurance offices to facilitate the required tasks. • Contacting Manpower offices ( sending work paper – 1% emergency fund – industrial security 4- Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation & benefits thru calculating the balances of annual leaves for each employee according to his salary rate. And also determining the value of the bonus to each one based on his performance appraisal. • Handling all the leaves (annual; sick; vacations; etc.) by updating the records and balances for each employee in each sector. • Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records. 5- Appraisal Performance: • Settle the criteria for the Monthly or Quarterly performance appraisal for the various categories of staff. • Follow up who is entitled to be evaluated after the passage of the probation period. • Issuance of all letters related to the employees such as promotions; increment; changing position; extension of probation; career rotation. 6- Tasks related to Training: • Record employee list who are trained. • Records of training specialist and training suppliers. • Contact with line managers / supervisors to build up for training materials. • Contact with the outside training for the program. • Preparing all tools for training. • Directly or authorization for junior training staff to organize and monitor the training. 7- Main tasks • Ensuring that all personnel matters are handled efficiently and in compliance with the law and internal regulations. • Handling different HR function, handle, preparing monthly report, implement the School policies and procedures within guidelines of the resources department. • Ability to work using all HR programs ( HRIS) . Designing a system Data includes( personal data for employees – recruitment date – salary – working holiday –social insurance – health insurance ….. etc). • Responsible for HR function for assigned department, employee relations, and internal communication, ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. Provide the assigned department with the expertise and operational support on. • Administering all work related to employees' contracts Responsible for contract renewal for every employee and determining the organization needs and taking the necessary action. • Subscribing in the Educational occupation syndicate. • Daily follow up for arrival , departure , sick leaves , permission , working tasks and anything related to the employee’s state of order. • Maintaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system keeping past and current records • Conducting investigation ranging from ( the referral decision – summoning – the inve
