• Creating letters of assignments including their pay rates and their working time period, creating schedules for all venue staff members including district venue manager, venue manager, supervisors, senior invigilator, invigilators and ushers.
• Ensuring all venue staff documentation throughout Egypt is compliant with British Council policy and responsible for the hiring process of the venue staff team.
• Mentor and evaluate each venue manager supervisor’s performance in each school including: applying rules and regulations, managing venue staff, building customer relationship with school administration and on inspections visits.
• Assist with specific financial issues processes:
• Issue schedules on compliance with British Council scheduling policies and also to help with assigning venue staff in the different exams locations, ensuring that each venue is covered with sufficient staff on daily basis during exams sessions.
• Gather and input data to the payroll system.
• Monitoring venue staff budgeting and working closely with the venue supervisors, venue officers and venue personnel manager to maintain Cambridge and Edexcel regulations.
