• Job Details:• Visiting potential clients. • Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events. • Formal presentations of products using sales tools provided. • Carry out direct sales activities to agreed sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales. • Handling process of all inquiries and tenders received, with the concerned department until a bid document is being submitted to the customer requesting the products. • Study customers inquires and Collect more data about subject tender and attending pre-tender meetings with client (Petroleum or Industrial Company) clarifying technical and commercial issues and conditions if any. • Obtaining prices from our suppliers/ others or local market based on availability, quality and cheapest prices. • Preparation of alternative bid with competitive prices based in tender proposal to enhance our chances of winning subject tender or inquiry • Preparation of technical offers, commercial offers, submitting offers to client. • Follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits. • Weekly reports about the tender happened. Continuously follow up the submitted offers till get order. • Prepare and record contracts.
