My main roles were: • Monitoring and recording the students’ performance in the terms of attendance, coursework grades and behavior. • Supporting the teacher by providing guidance and supervision in practical classes along with marking the students’ coursework. • Establishing and maintaining relationships with the students, responding to all their inquiries and lending extra-help in understanding their tasks. • Communicating with the parents and providing detailed feedback about the performance and academic progress of their children.
