- Job Details:● Responsible for managing day-to-day operations effectively to provide proactive HR support to employees and HR team members. ● Ensure the accurate management and maintenance of employee records in HR systems, both physical and electronic. ● Maintain HR data integrity, including employee records and reporting, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. ● Provide operational support to the HR team in all aspects of the employment life cycle, including onboarding and off-boarding. ● Continuously assess and improve HR processes and practices to ensure operational efficiency ● Issue HR documents such as employment contracts, contract renewal forms, probation period forms and HR letters. ● Administer health insurance enrollments, claims, invoicing and complains ● Ensure that employee inquiries are handled promptly and effectively, while also providing timely and appropriate responses to any HR-related requests. ● Extract and generate standard and customized reports from workday ● Responsible for governmental and labor office-related transactions ● Accountable for handling the governmental and labor office-related procedures, including conducting physical audits. ● Maintain Critical dates reminder including probation period, contracts and termination dates ● Responsible for vacation and attendance system management ● Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and compliance. ● Participate in HR-related projects to support the overall organization.

- Job Details: -Ability to help develop, implement, support, and review all HR department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems. -Continued involvement in and refinement of the recruitment process, including generating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process. -Source potential candidates from various online channels, personal connections, and referrals. -Screen incoming resumes and application forms. - Interview candidates (via phone). -Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the hiring managers. - Strategic development skills to develop and evaluate onboarding plans. - Administrative duties, including upkeep of employee records (attendance, Leaves). - Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g. extra vacation days). - Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status. - Compliance with all policies and legal requirements. - Coordinate and facilitate workforce training (including new hire orientation) as needed. - Maintaining department records and reports. - Participating in the top management meetings. - Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures. - Perceptive nature, careful monitoring of working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
