• Job Details:• Performs qualitative and/or quantitative analysis of bulk and finished products. • Performs a stability analysis of pharmaceutical products. • Responsible for performing stability analysis plans for pharmaceutical products and studying. • Performing instrumental analysis using HPLC (Waters Alliance), UV-VIS and IR spectrophotometer, Gas Chromatograph, Autotitrators, Karl Fisher titrator, and Potentiometer, Refractometer and other QC equipment’s. • Calibrates instruments according to work instructions to ensure compliance to standards. • Responsible for Stability climatic chambers Check-Up. • Work on different stability chambers manufacturers and different software’s Votsch- Germany Simpati software &Thermolab – India and its software. • Prepare documents for MOH (Monographs & Specs, protocols). • EHS & First aid key person (Waste disposal, Pharmacy check drugs usage and expiry). • Review the monitoring of temperature and humidity in the QC area and refrigerators. • Share in the revision of (new standard operating procedure SOPs, testing instructions, specifications, monographs, protocols). • Responsible for Stability products (receiving, monitoring & destruction).
