SENIOR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & TAX ACCOUNTANTFull Time

• Job Details:ACCOUNTS PAYABLE: • Monitor & Approve all payment submissions & insure they are done within the agreed service level & in compliance with organizational policies. • Ensures that the accounts payable and the company’s financial obligations are met efficiently. • Ensuring the team's work is accurate and invoices are approved for payment using the correct process • Managing the resolution of issues escalated from team members & serve as a resource in trouble shooting complex matters & ensure that problems are resolved on timely manner • Reconcile Critical vendor account statements & Perform Bank reconciliation. • Managing the employee expense claims' process • Standardize procedures to generate efficiency in-house and create internal templates to be used by the company • Ongoing improvements to the accounts payable process • Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors, facilities, and colleagues TAXATION: • Manage and maintain the company’s tax database & Tax File for 3 Legal Entities. • Prepare Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Tax Declarations & reports (VAT – WHT – ENT. TAX) on accuracy & insure it’s uploaded on Tax Governmental Websites. • Estimate and track tax returns • Prepare tax payments & Insure booking with FSSC. (VAT – WHT – ENT. – SALARY TAX – SOCIAL INS – MEDICAL INS.) • Maintain Monthly reconciliation related tax GL accounts as well as yearend closings. ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE: • Maintain periodic collection communication with clients to insure collection of receivables • Reconciling collection to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions • Reconcile Customer Statement of Accounts • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE: • Was a part of Phase 1 Finance Knowledge Transfer from Dubai Team to Egypt New Shared Serviced Project, Putting a transition plan for Egypt’s already Existing scope • Proposed a New project with Full Feasibility Study that help generate revenue in the times of CVD-19 as well as improves our customers experiences

Accounts Payable & Tax AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:ACCOUNTS PAYABLE: • Monitor, Review & Initial Approve all payment submissions & insure they are done within the agreed service level. • Maintain and update with accuracy all accounts payable data & reports. • Research and resolve issues related to invoice discrepancies that are associated with the processing of payment and P2P. • Training junior staff • Reconcile vendor account statements to ensure accounts are up to date • Prepare end year accrual expense for related payments. • Process vendor invoices for payment, following internal corporate guidelines and procedures TAXATION: • Manage and maintain the company’s tax database & Tax File for 3 Legal Entities. • Prepare Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Tax Declarations & reports (VAT – WHT – ENT. TAX) on accuracy & insure it’s uploaded on Tax Governmental Websites. • Estimate and track tax returns • Prepare tax payments & Insure booking with FSSC.
