• Job Details:From working at CIB bank I gained experience in dealing with different customers, helping them by assigning their requests and activating their cards after verifying their identity , deliver the information they need in a way they would understand easily and handling them. I was also able to review the details of their requests, to revise the solutions that were given to them and to follow up with them if there was anything needed and learned how to market our products and to help the customers know more about the products they need.
