• Job Details:- Assisting customers in their purchasing decisions and offering expert fashion advice to ensure an exceptional shopping experience. - Maintaining inventories and cycle count procedures and assisting the Shop/Department Manager in placing product orders to ensure healthy stock management. - Handling shipment receiving process and procedures to ensure that they are carried out correctly. - Assigning of tasks to team members and following-up on the completing and achievement of each task. - Preparing staff schedule to ensure and efficient and effective manpower availability to the shop’s operational needs. - Conducting regular staff meetings to communicate sales results, shop performance, and tasks assignments. - Reviewing sales plans and targets and suggest corrective actions when needed. - Conducting in-store training activities and sessions to ensure an effective team motivation and development. - Assign routine and non-routine task to the team members. - Team work. - Customers focus, commercial understanding.
