    • Job Details:Recruitment & Selection: - Achieve the staffing requirements received from the managerial team. - Prepare the Job descriptions & identify core competencies required for the position. - Prepare & post vacancies on different websites. - Make screening to the applicants then conduct interviews in coordination with the line managers. - Make shortlisting according to the relevant job criteria. - Prepare job offers to new hires. Personnel: - Prepare & design contracts for new employees and follow the contract’s renewals. - Perform all procedures related for employee’s terminations. - Ensure that all employee’s documents and files are maintained in accordance with legal rules and company policies. - Prepare form 1,2&6 and manage all activities related to social insurance office. - Prepare database to employees. - Follow daily attendance to all employees. - Prepare different HR reports as required. Organization Development: - Design & implement grading system system to employees to ensure clear career path to each employee. - Create job descriptions to the staff, job design and redesign. -Suggest & Implement policies & procedures to motivate the staff and ensure that they are well communicated to them. Training & Development: - Prepare & implement performance appraisal system to all the company departments. - Analyze the performance appraisal forms to set the different training plans. - Recommend training programs to help employees improve their KSA. - Organize & conduct different training programs. - Evaluate these programs and report to management. Compensation & Benefits: - Prepare monthly payroll sheet and calculate the salary deductions or overtime. - Calculate the income tax for the employees and follow the payment with the financial department. - Set policies related to the payment method of different kinds of allowances; car, mobile or travel allowance, etc. - Follow the medical Insurance of the employees with all its details, Annual renewals, additions, deletions, required medical approvals,. Employee relationship: - Manage the HR team & the administration clerks. - Provide assistance to employees. - Interview employees & discuss the work related problems that affect morals and productivity. - Meet with management to determine appropriate actions. - Explain & provide advice to employees about governmental & company rules & policies. - Explain company compensation & benefit programs such as medical insurance and saving plans. - Handle employees exit interview.
