- Job Details:1. Receiving confirmed tasks and opportunities related to all language fields (translation, voiceover, transcription, interpretation, …etc.) 2. Making sure to allocate the qualified resource for the needed service: i) Checking our resource pool to allocate the qualified resource ii) Using different online portals and adding posts to hire the required count of resources with the needed experience for the needed service iii) Screening the resources’ CVs to make sure they are good fit iv) Conducting interview questions via emails v) Negotiating rates if needed vi) Hiring the qualified resources vii) Creating contracts for the resources hired from Upwork viii) Adding others to our portal: • Sending them our registration link to sign the NDA “Non-Disclosure Agreement” • Adding their rates for the project they are hired to and for any other services and language pairs they handle • Adding their payment information • Uploading all their certificates, samples and other documents • Sending them our orientation form with their credentials and all the needed guides on how to use our portal, how to accept tasks, how to invoice the completed tasks, …etc. 3. Being the communication channel between the resource and the PMs, Finance team, IT, … etc. 4. Receiving invoicing issues from the resources: • Checking the reason for this issue, whether it is from the PM “penalty or quality issues” or payment delay from the finance team • Communicating with the responsible team to get the resource’s issue resolved and following up until he receives his payment.
