• Job Details:All the Following roles for 7 Teams: Egypt, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, KSA, Qatar, and Jordan • Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of team deliverables. • Creating KPIs & Quality score reports for the content & QA team. • Enhance quality KPIs • Executes Backend testing for new features & Identify any potential quality issues. • Providing training for newcomers, content team & QA Team. • Conducting weekly meetings for content & QA teams to discuss drawbacks. • Creating materials and manuals for the system. • Ensure that validated deliverable meet functional and design specifications and requirements. • Testing Talabat Backend • Failure rate analysis

• Job Details:• Creating Scoring sheet for content team members • Creating KPIs Sheet • Leading Content QC team and Set team strategy • Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference. • Provide management with periodical reports as needed • Develop tools for measuring content team performance • present information and interact effectively with a large spectrum of different stakeholders including content team, Account managers, marketing and others • Creating Training Materials for Content Team to Improve the performance of the team
