- Job Details:Sales Responsibilities: • Responsible for the new LINKHOSTING system (WHMCS) migration, meetings, tasks and training completely. • Building customer base via sales channels (telephone calls, Handling prospect leads and e-mails…etc.) with potential clients. • building long-term relationships with the existing customers • Excellent knowledge for the company products / LINK HOSTING / service, and effectively communicates all offerings any launched products to the client. • Handling all inquiries and Completes administrative work , cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe . • Handling escalated issues which cannot be resolved by the team • Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance • Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary / Establish meeting times, places and agendas . • Dealing with and resolving problems and issues which arise with the customer or internally with the other teams Tasks Responsibilities: • Renewing domains , hosting and mails (annually ) • Register new domain (local domains & international domains) new and transfer. • Handling all client’s technical / financial problems • Database : update linkhosting domains database with all customer info • Owning all linkhosting new paid domains ( CSOs, Enterprise) • Attending Leadership Responsibilities • Responsible for Attending all meetings related to our product wither in or out the company Review the team sales performance, aimed to meet or exceeds sales targets • Motivating the team to achieve high standards and targets. • Preparing daily workloads for staff & coordinating the daily allocation of work • Monitoring and training up new staff • Responsible for Owning training on the HDM new system (WHMCS) for all teams all over the company • Facilitate problem solving and collaboration • Provide guidance to the team based on management direction Reporting Responsibilities: • Report daily/weekly to Sales Manager with day-to-day activities ( Domains , Mails, Hosting ) • Monthly / Weekly Report per sales units include (Product Performance, Employee Performance )
