• Job Details:- Monitoring all paper forms in the organization and making statistics on it. - Create new forms with codes according to the agreed standards and making an inventory of them. - Coding policies according to GAHAR standards and publishing them on hospital's share system to be clear to all hospital departments for easy viewing.
