• Job Details:• export shipments : Arrange pick up goods , transportation , packing if needed , loading , Booking ocean and air freight . * import shipments : Arrange customs clearance , transportation, schedule staff, and handling deliveries to meet customer demand with little delay., coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements. • Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels at storage procedure . • Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates to keep costs down where possible. • Review clearance expenses , and make invoices drafts for accounting department .
