• Job Details:• Prepare Monthly Fixed and Variable cost analysis and organize monthly meetings with Depots Managers Operations and RT Manager • Prepare ad-hoc investigations (cost and prices) for cases raised in periodic reports and monthly analysis • Prepare monthly dashboard and provide analysis on KPIs (Volumes, Fixed and Variable Costs, Throughput fees, geographical zones costs, OPEX, CAPEX,…) • Help preparation of Budget and Long Term Plan for Operations • Follow-up and analysis of Operations Variable Costs • Follow-Up on Fixed Cost Reduction plan for Depots and Transport • Contribute to ad-hoc studies and reports as required. Providing Performance review – KPIs • Develop and maintain the dashboard KPI tracking tool for the operations BU. • Attend all the operations internal periodic meeting, control the global action plan and follow up with concerned responsible persons. • Liaise with finance control and exploitation managers for expenditure tracking and data collection with respect to business plan and CAPEX projects progress on the ground, and ensure KPI metrics tracked by the dashboard. • Assist in preparing presentations/reports as and when required. • Assist the project and engineering manager in developing a separate dashboard for projects work progress tracking. • Support both RTO and dispatching optimizations committees in tracking efficiency and reliability indices of their optimization efforts. Documents control: • Documents control and keeper for all Technical & Operations committees and EGPC meetings minutes, in coordination with exploitation, supply and RTO managers. • Keep director and Managers abreast of what’s needed for upcoming meetings with staff and locations’ managers via periodic calendar review meetings, including the preparation of documents and timely delivery of pre-read documents. • Assume the role of the stock control analyst for operations BU: Review monthly the stock reconciliation documents at both locations, in assistance of the location managers and Exploitation manager, and attend all G&L committee meetings. Market Intelligence support: Collect available Egyptian market updates • Assist the products supply manager in all efforts concerning data collection for market surveys. • Ensuring the all information collected is as per TOTAL guidelines and compliance policies • Searching Local news/ media and other public available databases (i.e. EGPC published docs) and converting that data into useful information considering all fuels products business in Egypt. • Maintaining the repository of the all such information and making it available when required.

• Job Details:Deal directly with the customers either by phone, electronically or face to face • Resolve product or service problem within “ Service Level Agreement|” • Review customer account & solve credit problems • Create fuel & lubricant orders • Follow up with the dispatching team for customers fuel orders • Managing all the maintenance issue in TOTAL stations • Handling customers inquiries and complaints • Create credit and debit notes • Send follow up reports

• Job Details:Make daily transactions , send weekly ,monthly,quarterly and annually report of financial situation , Handling the disbursement of the suppliers. Handling the customer collection. Arrange and feedback with payable, budget and treasury departments Registering the monthly revenues and expenses.
