• Job Details:• Prepare feasibility studies and consolidated 10-year business plans for multiple projects in the following industries, Residential, Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Hospitality and recreational.  Residential: Class A Residential Complex with a total of 11,000 unit of Villas, Town Houses, and Apartments.  Education: An International School and a university with total capacity of 2,400 and 13,000 students respectively.  Commercial: Luxurious Serviced Apartments phase accompanied by an Office Space and a multipurpose retail area that offers, art galleries, exclusive department stores for shoppers, restaurants and cinemas, that will serve as a West of Cairo Anchor and Investment hub.  Healthcare: Mega scale project consisting of a state of the art Hospital along with a 700 clinic Complex.  Hospitality: A 7 Star Hotel and a students’ dormitory of above 1,000 occupants.  Recreational: New Giza Sports club with an area of 23 acres. • Coordinate with different departments involved with business development; Design, Construction, project management and accounting, to provide financial data that assists in the decision making process and the implementation of an efficient phasing plan. • Compare and analyze monthly financial performance with budgeted figures and forecasts, and recommend corrective actions when needed. • Conduct quarterly market researches to increase the reliability of the models’ outcomes • Develop financial budgets based on financial analysis and market trends. • Actualize the projects’ business plan and highlight discrepancies from the budget. • Evaluated several financing offers from banks and leasing companies based on the projects’ cash flow and tax position. • Assessed the product mix of the project through conducting NPV and IRR sensitivity analysis. • Prepare presentations and submit financial reports to the BOD to demonstrate the forecasted financial position and highlight major financial effects resulting from the masterplan and time schedule modifications.
