• Job Details:Searching for qualified Candidates in our data base and head haunting from other sources. Screening CVs for the various vacancies, Conducting phone interviews and conducting first interview with candidates. Improve and develop interview assessment skills and knowledge. Preparing job offers for the accepted candidates and making sure that the new recruits signed the job offer form and submit official documents. Responsible for staffing by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program and sending apology letter to rejected applicants. Conduct exit interviews. Responsible for developing and implementing the company training program. follow up with new recruits to ensure completing their training successfully. Responsible for developing and implementing the company building activities and workshops to strengthen the internal relationship. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies. Respond to employees queries and resolve issue in a timely and professional manner. Manage health and life insurance programs. Entering employee information and payroll data into the system. Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, and deductions. Processing new employees, promotions, and terminations.
