• Job Details:• Handling of customer complaints (root cause, corrective action, follow-up, customer feedback). • Handling of internal audits relevant to (9001:2015, 45001:2018, 14001:2015, IEC/17025:2017). • Planning actions to address risks and opportunities, follow up, and evaluate the effectiveness of these actions. • Performing site tour inspections in time intervals to monitor and measure the extent of compliance with the quality management system. • Handling of NCs reports for all non-conformities addressed (corrective action, follow-up). • Follow-up action plan for the department objectives and KPIs. • Conducting a Traceability for the final products in time intervals

Quality Assurance SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:• Prepare SOPs, quality assurance policies and procedures • Follow-up work system according to GMP, GHP, and GSP rules. • Internal audits and prepare awareness sessions to employees ISO 9001, ISO 22000, 5S and NFSA according to its checklist. • Prepare training materials and sessions of food safety, food allergens, GHP, GMP and GSP for workers according to training needs. • Customer complaints handling and analysis. • Follow-up the corrective action taken of internal audits NCRs and verify the effectiveness of action. • Shelf-life study of finished products. • Participate in HACCP plans from raw materials description to verification and documentation.
