• Job Details:Collect all data and requirements from the clients and communicate them internally with the concerned parties. Identify customer-need opportunities with which to enhance project margin; define, and formulate project scope (SOW) Plan, schedule project timelines, and manage the project progress and delivery. Manage and communicate a clear vision of the projects’ objectives to ensure robust project setup ; create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members. Identify the relevant KCRPs, KSPs and associated metrics required by the clients and end-user. Ensure that all processes (existing, new) are meeting clients’ targets and requirements. Align strongly with Operations team to ensure process compliance, accurate reporting and optimal internal cross-functional collaboration Track all potential positive and negative project deviations through active risk/opportunity management and tracking in coordination with Contract Management and Finance Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting ,tracking expense, project timeframe and customer satisfaction to achieve Project Gross Profit index. Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables. Act as a focal point during the project implementation. leading and coordinating a project team’s overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables. Deliver projects within scope and budget; carry on project evaluation and assessment of results.
