• Job Details:1. Working in ZAD industrial pharma as engineering specialist from September 2014 till July 2018 which is responsible for: *Purchasing section: • Make contact with suppliers to supply spare parts for machines and raw materials for water station with high quality and low price. . Make the quarter, half and annual purchasing plan according to the requirements of the spare parts store. . Making the SOPs of purchasing section that coordinate the purchasing systems. * Quality and validation section: . Implementation of CAPA by making and applying sops of HVAC system, compressor, boiler maintenance and water station operation and maintenance. participation in doing HVAC PQ, room data sheet, filters DOP test. . Applying ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001. . Drawing the general layout of the factory in AutoCAD also determination of personnel, material and finished product flow. . Making half and yearly calibration plan. * HSE section: . Follow up the safety rules in the factory. . Develop, implement and review Health and Safety procedures within the safety management system. . Making sure of implementation of HSE plan. . Preparing SOPs that establish rules to apply ISO 9001, 14001 and OSHA 18001. . Report Company’s HSE Performance. . Conduct regular service and system audit. . Facilitate Risk Assessments. . Execution the layout that illustrate the positions of fire extinguishers and extinguisher boxes in the factory. . Make and implement the maintenance plan of fire extinguishers, Fire alarm system and extinguisher boxes. . Present health and safety meetings and communicate health and safety information. . Applying ISO 9001, 14001 and OSHAS18001 2. Working in Soul water company as a design and sales engineer from June 2012 till October 2012 3. Working in the Egyptian company for dying and textiles as R&D engineer.
