My tasks are summarized as follows: 1- Recording the benefits for customers and suppliers according to the transactions that take place with each of them. 2- Monitor the balances of customers and suppliers, their due dates, and coordinate collection or payment with the treasury accountant. 3- Preparing periodic and non-periodic reports necessary to carry out the tasks, while clarifying the late payment. 4- Follow-up of the clients with specific operation, stating the position of each customer with regard to payment. 5- Keeping documents in the manner that will be determined. 6- Follow-up of clients who are entitled to technical support or maintenance visits until collection is made, as well as those who have credit balances or advance payments. 7- Carry out the tasks assigned by the general manager or the accounts manager. 8- Carrying out the necessary tasks to facilitate the work of the Accounts Department in the absence of one of the colleagues in the department, for example carrying out all the tasks of the accountant for treasury and inventory during his absence.
