• Job Details:• Managing TACS (Time and Attendance Control System): The employees In and Outs, Daily permissions, Missions, Casual and Annual leaves, Overtime authorization and upload, and generating various reports, ensuring accurately generated monthly Timesheets, acting as the milestone for the monthly payroll. • Managing SAP: Creating Purchase Requests, Work Orders, and Service Entries mostly for courses bookings & payments. • Managing The Training plan: communicating with different providers, Selecting the best, arrange for Payments through SAP Or manually through Memos, follow the employees pre, during, and post the training program. • Managing GHRS (Global Human Resources System): Registering new employees, Updating/Editing current records, as long as Terminations, In addition to generating multiple reports and analysis. • Supporting in Performance Evaluation Management process through GHRS : Initiating the evaluation Performance Documents in the GHRS, assisting managers in setting objectives and evaluating their employees through the GHRS. • Managing Expatriates Timesheets: Communicating Timesheets with the Corporate Company to arrange expats salaries, and allowances. In addition to recording Timesheets in a global Saipem program ( Flexy) • Managing the Skill Evaluation process for Key roles: regarding key roles promotions, and Development plans • Supporting the Salary Review Process: Over viewing the whole process.
