• Job Details:Conduct complete recruitment cycle. - Post Ads for each position. - Screening CVs for the various vacancies. - Matching the requested experience with qualifications on the received CVs. - Conducting phone interviews. - Preparing the job offers to the accepted candidates. - Filing and updating the CVs database. - Follow up all recruitment activities till final selection and hiring. - Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating. - Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees. - Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed. - Addressing any employment relations issues. - Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval. - Conducting training needs. - Conducting training budget. - Developing and administering health and safety programs.
