• Job Details:1. Invite researchers working in the field of the relevant journal, according to predefined criteria, in order to lead Guest Edit a new Special Issue within the scope of the journal 2. Follow up with the Guest Editorial team to finalize their proposals and ensure that all the included items of the proposal fit the journals standards 3. Respond to incoming emails from potential lead guest editors and handle their inquiries 4. Check the history of the guest editing team to make sure that they have not been involved in any previous misconduct 5. Ensure that the guest editing team is geographically distributed to ensure geographical diversification in the received submissions 6. Perform rigorous searches for validating the details provided for the guest editing team 7. Contact Editorial Board Members of the journals to get their feedback on the special issues proposals, and make a decision based upon their feedback 8. Convey the board members’ decision to the Guest Editorial team, ask them to address any required changes and follow up with them to get the revised proposals 9. Send the finalized CallforPapers to the Copyediting team to correct any grammatical, spelling or structural mistakes 10. Coordinate with the Content Management team to post the approved Call‐for‐Papers on the website 11. Inform the Guest Editorial team about their final online Call‐for‐Papers 12. Check any update in the system and make sure that all the functions related to the update are working successfully.

• Job Details:• Compare the paper metadata found in the Manuscript Tracking System (MTS) with counterpart data from the original manuscript to ensure that they are identical • Check Proofreading emails accounts and address all the raised comments by contacting other teams • Check the paper layout and the integration paper components (i.e., figures, tables, captions, back matter, etc.) in order to make sure that they identically match the original manuscript and then submit the required corrections to the concerned teams to apply them
