• Job Details:Hotel Contractor, Flyin.com “Tourism Agency” The only person in the team who Responsible for KSA destination, doing all work which related to all Saudi Arabia hotels, Checking the main points of the contracts, Comparing the rates with other suppliers' rates, uploading, revising & Publishing the contracts and updates on system, working on more than 3 systems, contacting and negotiating hoteliers, Sharing Issues on Jira, contacting help desk in India and discussing the issues, Checking reflection, checking profiles content, Checking bookings and providing operation team with the breakdown, Assisting operation team in solving bookings problems if exist, providing operation team with offline requests data, reporting to seniors and manager.

• Job Details:Admin Assistant, Zone Plus “Advertising Company” Answering phone calls, Organizing and scheduling appointments, arranging meetings and taking detailed minutes, Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, Developing and maintaining a filing system, Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures, Providing general support to visitors, Assisting Sales & account manager in preparing quotations and contacting clients by e-mail etc.
