• Job Details:• Review & Evaluate applications to ensure compliance with credit policy and documentation criteria based on customer’s segmentation. • Extract I-score and CBE verifications for retail applicants. • Compute applicant’s debt burden based presented income proof documents. • Review external verification comments on system memos and keeping record in file. • Support in yearly credit card renewals to accept or reject based on delinquency criteria. • Responsible for Small business loans I-score packages. • Complete other special tasks requested by higher management level.

• Job Details:- Handle inbound/outbound calls in terms of (inquiries, complaints, request) - Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information. - Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
