My responsibilities included a wide range of tasks, such as offering pastoral support, ensuring the safety of the students, monitoring their academic progress and accomplishments, assisting with their personal statements for UCAS applications, and, most importantly, providing guidance on career choices and addressing safeguarding concerns. The role as a health and social sciences lecturer is vital in shaping the future professionals in this field and ensuring they are well-prepared to provide high-quality care and support to individuals and communities in need.
